Haiyi laser hereby reminds users to take the following anti freezing measures in time according to the temperature changes:

1. The chiller does not cut off power and is always working

2. Add the specified antifreeze - if the laser water cooler is exposed to the low temperature environment and there is a risk of icing, add antifreeze. Its volume ratio is 3:7 (3 is antifreeze, 7 is water). Please change the relevant settings of the software after adding antifreeze.

3. If you do not use the laser for a long time, such as the Spring Festival holiday, and the indoor temperature cannot be guaranteed, please discharge the water from the laser and the water cooler, and please blow out all the water in the pipeline with compressed air to prevent icing, or add antifreeze according to the requirements of Article 1.

Selection of antifreeze:

1. Use special antifreeze of professional brand instead of ethanol.

2. If the professional brand is not convenient to buy, you can also buy a large bottle of automobile antifreeze without adding water at a nearby regular gas station or regular supplies store, which is directly connected to the laser water-cooling system.

Note: any antifreeze cannot completely replace deionized water and cannot be used for a long time all year round. After winter, the pipeline must be cleaned with deionized water or purified water, and the deionized water or purified water must be restored as the coolant.

Special reminder: extreme cold weather will cause irreparable damage to the optical part of the laser. Please store and use the laser in strict accordance with the storage temperature and working temperature indicated in our laser instructions. We must pay attention to the prevention and guarantee work to prevent unnecessary economic losses. After winter, please pay attention to changing back to normal cooling water, and carefully wash the whole waterway three times before that to remove the antifreeze. After that, please change the setting of the water cooler back to the original setting.
