3D Dynamic marking adopts pre-focusing optical mode and larger X and Y axis deflection lenses, so it can allow larger laser spot, better focusing accuracy and better energy effect. The marking range can be wider.

Characteristics:

3D laser marking machine can use high-quality UV laser source / fiber laser source / CO2 laser source, with very small light spot and very little processing heat affected zone. The 3D laser marking machine equipped with three-axis control technology can mark on the high-low uneven surface, circular arc surface and other special-shaped parts, which is widely used in the high-end market of fine laser processing.

1. Non-contact marking: Laser marking is processed to non-mechanical "knife". It can mark any regular or irregular graph. And no internal stress produced during the marking, to protect the accuracy of the work-piece. No corrosion, no "tool" wear, no poison, no pollution. It’s also easy to control and operate by the computer system.

2.Excellent beam quality: small focusing spot, and better processing quality.

3.Low using cost: Power consumption is about 500W, and no consumables.

4.Low stop rate: lifetime of laser source is up to 100,000 hours.

5. Anti-fake: The typical characteristic is to make permanent mark with the laser beam. And the mark is not easy to imitate and change. 

Advantages of 3D laser marking over 2D laser marking

   A. Arbitrary surface marking because 3D marking can quickly change the laser focal length and laser beam position, it is possible to mark the surface that cannot be achieved in 2D in the past. After using 3D, the cylinder marking within a certain radian can be completed at one time, which greatly improves the processing efficiency. Moreover, in real life, the surface shape of many parts is irregular, and the surface height of some parts is quite different, which cannot be achieved for 2D marking processing. At this time, the advantage of 3D marking will become more obvious.

B. High and low surface engraving in the current traditional 2D marking mode, the workpiece must be placed on the same plane, and the processing surface must also be on the same plane, in order to achieve one-time molding marking. Using the characteristics of 3D laser marking machine, it can realize one-time forming marking when the workpiece has a height drop. Even on the inclined slope, it can maintain the consistency of processing, so that the processing content does not deform and form color difference. It greatly facilitates the carving of the workpiece with three-dimensional structure, reduces the process and improves the efficiency of marking;

C. Large scale printing 3D marking adopts the forward focusing optical mode, and uses large x-axis and y-axis deflection lenses, so it can allow the conducted laser spot to be larger, the focusing accuracy to be better, and the energy effect to be better; If 3D marking works with the same focusing accuracy as 2D marking, the marking range can be larger;

D. Deep engraving traditional 2D marking for deep engraving of object surface has inherent defects. With the upward movement of laser focus in the engraving process, the laser energy acting on the actual surface of the object will decline sharply, which seriously affects the effect and efficiency of deep engraving. For the traditional deep carving method, the lifting table is moved to a certain height every certain time in the carving process to ensure that the laser surface is well focused. 3D marking for deep carving processing does not have the above problems, which not only ensures the effect, but also improves the efficiency, and saves the cost of the electric lifting table at the same time;
